It is estimated that by 2027 Delhi will surpass Tokyo in population and in land size. Mega city of Delhi to become home to over 50 million people.
India, with its 1.44 billion people, is the world’s most unreached nation. Yet it is also a nation brimming with opportunity for the global church. South Asians are very religious people who are increasingly open to the gospel. And, since India’s influence dominates South Asia, if the church flourishes in India, the entire region will be impacted for Christ.
“Training Christian workers is an important need that is immediately urgent and essential in the long term. The life and health of the Church depend on the proper development of healthy - pastors, teachers, evangelists and missionaries … New, creative ways for multiplying leaders must be developed. The need is greater than what residential institutions can produce, and 95% of pastors lack access to adequate theological training.”

HOW WE FOUND THIS PROPERTY?
During 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, many countries around the globe were put under strict home confinements. This time was also labeled as a time of 'Great Reset' by many; the pandemic forced our teams to regroup and revisit our existing approach, vision & future strategy.
In June 2020, Ravi led the discussion/vision with the local board about the necessity & importance of providing consistent healthy short term (1 - 2 week) theological intensives also mid term (1-3 months) theological trainings to next generation leaders and respond to the huge vacuum of equipping, mentoring & nurturing healthy disciples by opening a safe learning space. It was a call to provide not just education but to nurture the hearts and minds of the next generation of leaders. These leaders would be equipped with the tools to carry forth a message of hope, amid a world fraught with false gospel teachers who bring confusion & division within the church.
Over the following four months, amidst fervent prayers and relentless research during the summer months, the team's efforts bore fruit. They identified a parcel of land, a modest 1.5-acre parcel nestled in the burgeoning new suburb of New Delhi, this was the most strategic lot out of the 4 lots that were shortlisted from a location stand point. We were able to get possession of the land in Nov 2020 and since then the price of the plot has skyrocketed 250%. The new suburb south-west of Delhi is the fastest developing regions in India. We are grateful & excited to see next generation bible communicators recognized, recruited & released from this space.
After getting possession of the land we began construction of 7ft boundary wall in Dec 2020 & planted some local flowering & fruit bearing plants.
We are grateful for many friends who have already walked & prayed on the property for the vision to become a radiant ‘light house’ for the cause of the gospel in this region.

The Property is located 40 minutes from Delhi, India Airport. 75 mints from down town Delhi and railway station.

20,000 sqft, 3 floor facility, 150 auditorium, 4 class rooms & capacity to board 75 people.
Light House will have three floors including basement also will be able to board 75 people.
Light house will have a library, class rooms, studio & auditorium with seating capacity for 150 people.
Getting Started on Construction
We have received some first draft rendering images from the architects in Sep 2023. Pray with us that the Lord will give us wisdom to design a meaningful space that will be used for equipping of the saints.
We are grateful for the architects that are working with us on this project at lightening speed. We have requested them to bring more local architectural design into the final renderings.

Vision of Prayer
We believe this vision is an answer to a lot of prayers. The bible reminds us that the harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few. This vision responds to that vacuum of sending healthy labourers into the harvest field to plant healthy churches & mobilise the gospel among the most challenging regions of our times.
